Hello and welcome to my website!

My name is Elisabet Persson.
I was born in 1958 in Pajala, Swedish Lapland, with a passion for painting and drawing.
Although I am primarily self-taught, I have grown and developed under the guidance of some very competent artists.
Painting is my primary medium and I also work with graphic art and glass.
My inspiration comes both from my immediate surroundings and events taking place throughout the world.
I seek to convey warmth and well-being through my art and attempt to approach even the difficult things in life with a sense of humor.
My acute appreciation of what is visually pleasing continues to guide me in my search for new means of expression.
My customers include Norrbotten County Council, Local Authorities in Boden, Arvidsjaur and Skellefteå, Art Societies in a number of counties and cities throughout Sweden as well as collectors, connoisseurs and appreciators of art throughout the entire world.
